File organization

Main directories:

• external: contains external IDL code, such as Geopack and CDAWlib from NASA
• general: general functions for tplot and SPEDAS
• projects: each project/mission has each own directory, with the functions for loading data specific to each mission
• spedas_gui: functions that create the SPEDAS GUI
